4 Reasons Why Your Dog Should Visit Portsmouth Dog Park

If you live near the New Hampshire seacoast and you have a dog who loves to socialize, Portsmouth Dog Park is the place to visit!

The park is located on Junkins Avenue between South Mill Pond and the public tennis courts in an area known as the South Mill Park

My coon hound, Daisy (shown on the left) loves to visit her friends there as much as possible and I know your dogs would enjoy visiting the park too for following 4 reasons:

1) There are two sand and gravel park has fenced in areas: one for larger dogs (shown above) and one for dogs under 20 pounds.

2) Everyone can practice their high jumps on the agility equipment and when the time is right they can

3) drink, swim, and play in the kiddie pool for hours.

4) And last but not least, the breeze coming from South Mill Pond gives the dogs something to sniff at while they are playing with their friends!

If these 4 reasons were enough to convince you to take your furry companion to the best dog park on the New Hampshire seacoast please click here for directions. We hope to see you there!
