Daisy Has A Bone To Pick!

I guess Isabella and I have a lot in common because this afternoon I didn't want to look at anyone but I did not have the case of the worry wrinkles. No siree! Instead, I got myself in a bit of a jam and I was so embarrassed! Can you see what is attached to my lower jaw?

Couldn't see it? Well, here's a closer look for you to admire gasp at! That's right, folks, I took my marrow bone chewing a little too seriously and it is stuck! I tried to get the darned thing off me but I can't get the bone over my teeths!

If you think I look scared you should see hear my humans now! They are super worried about me and that's why I am seeing my V-E-T in just a few minutes! Wish me luck!

P.S. Take it from me, don't ever chew on marrow bones without your humans present or you will have a bone to pick!

Wish me luck! Daisy

  2. You dogs sure can find new and interesting ways to get into trouble. Don't worry, I'm sure your Vet can remove it and it will give him a good story to tell his family tonight when he gets home.

  20. My Mommy doesn't let us chew those because she says we're little dogs and they will get stuck. I hope you are OK now. If Mommy reads this we are never going to get to chew them. Oh well.

  21. OH MY GOSH! Daisy, we know you are probably scared out of your mind and so are your parents. Whew. Don't worry, darlin', they'll get that thing off. You might have to be a little sleepy for them to do it, but it'll be off, thank goodness. We think maybe skip those kinds of marrow bones and go for the Beggin' Strips or bigggg raw hide chews.
Tell your mom to be sure and let our moms know how it went, ok?

  28. That is a good lesson. We never ever have bones without supervision. Same for kongs or similar ever since we read about doggies getting their tongues caught inside. Hope you will be OK.
