I guess Isabella and I have a lot in common because this afternoon I didn't want to look at anyone but I did not have the case of the worry wrinkles. No siree! Instead, I got myself in a bit of a jam and I was so embarrassed! Can you see what is attached to my lower jaw?
Couldn't see it? Well, here's a closer look for you to admire gasp at! That's right, folks, I took my marrow bone chewing a little too seriously and it is stuck! I tried to get the darned thing off me but I can't get the bone over my teeths!
If you think I look scared you should see hear my humans now! They are super worried about me and that's why I am seeing my V-E-T in just a few minutes! Wish me luck!
P.S. Take it from me, don't ever chew on marrow bones without your humans present or you will have a bone to pick!
Wish me luck! Daisy
Oh my stars, Daisy!! Oh no, you poor thing!! Me and Charlie are hoping and wishing that you are now at the vets and that bone thing is off your lower jaw!! Awwwwww - you poor baby!!! Take care please sweet Daisy!! xx
ReplyDeleteYou dogs sure can find new and interesting ways to get into trouble. Don't worry, I'm sure your Vet can remove it and it will give him a good story to tell his family tonight when he gets home.
ReplyDeleteSue
Poor You Daisy I hope you get on ok at the Vet and it is not too traumatic for you sweetie.

Beclaws I knew you were thinking abouts me I pulled my dad right into the vet's office! I knew everyone had their paws crossed fur me and that made me feel super brave!
ReplyDeleteLordy, when my vet saw me she said, "I've never seen anything like this before. I need to put you to sleep so I can get that bone off your face!" So that's what she did! She had to use a crowbar to take that pesky thing off of me but boy do I feels better now!
I will tell you more abouts the visit and stuffs tomorrow cuz right now I am going back to bed!
xoxo...Daisy
I has heard of dat happening but dat is da first time I've actually seen it happen....OMD! Was you trying to put braces on your teeth or what?
ReplyDeleteGood Lucks at da vet!
Daisy, thanks for letting us know you are OK. That must have been some feat foryour vet to perform. Now no more doing that, OK? We hope you have a restful night. And your Mom too.
ReplyDeleteWoos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
That looks scary. Hope it didn't hurt much.
ReplyDeleteMy Mommy doesn't let us chew those because she says we're little dogs and they will get stuck. I hope you are OK now. If Mommy reads this we are never going to get to chew them. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH! Daisy, we know you are probably scared out of your mind and so are your parents. Whew. Don't worry, darlin', they'll get that thing off. You might have to be a little sleepy for them to do it, but it'll be off, thank goodness. We think maybe skip those kinds of marrow bones and go for the Beggin' Strips or bigggg raw hide chews.
ReplyDeleteTell your mom to be sure and let our moms know how it went, ok?
xoxoxo
Yikes Daisy! You sure have yourself in a pickle!!
ReplyDelete(Hope the vet can fix it!)

That is a good lesson. We never ever have bones without supervision. Same for kongs or similar ever since we read about doggies getting their tongues caught inside. Hope you will be OK.
