Remember Mulligan, the Bichon Frise who looked so quiet and calm on a blog post from long ago? If you don't remember, please make sure you do because he is on his way to super stardom and he is apparently wowing his audience so much that the "big shots" at http://www.affordableagility.com/ are sitting up and paying attention to his incredible agility moves! As Mulligan's dog walkers we can't help but brag about the little fella because, after all,  we are part of the reason why he has that pawsome physique!
