Annie the Highway Cow: A Rejected Heifer Becomes an Internet Sensation

I know I'm supposed to stick to writing about my own pets and my Teacher's Pet Sitting Service friends but when I heard about Annie the Highway Cow last week I couldn't resist sharing her story with you! No, the picture of her riding in the backseat of the truck with her dad,

 Cory Morris, on the highway (they were on the way home from a petting zoo event) in Ohio is not your imagination! It was hard for the man who videotaped them together to believe so he made the video, posted it, and then the video went viral with more than 200,000 shares and 17 million views! Soon after, Annie got a Facebook page  that has thousands of followers! 

 

 As a newborn, Annie was rejected by her mom so her humans took her in and bottle fed her and now she is 18 months old and 800 pounds who loves apple slices, marshmallows, 

and living with her chickens, other cows, and rabbits!
