Sometimes it takes a pet to remind us of the joy in life's simple pleasures.
In this video published recently, a man places his bulldog, Mudd, on a backyard trampoline. and Mudd is in love at first bounce. He has the time of his life running, jumping and generally frolicking on his new trampoline. Isn't this absolutely precious?
Personally, I think Daisy would love to bounce on a trampoline but I think she would need a lot of reassurance before she feeling comfortable on it. What about your dogs? Do you think they would be perfect bouncers right away? Or would they need reassurance? Or would they avoid the trampoline altogether? Please share your thoughts!
P.S. Don't forget to add your caption to the SILLY SATURDAY PHOTO CAPTION CONTEST by noon today!
I don't think our dogs would enjoy it - Sam definitely not, Monty might - but we are always amazed by what he likes and doesn't like. It is different all the time.

Me bounce , too right. Can you imagine my ears flapping. Have a lovely Sunday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Mom says that would be the perfect toy for energetic Lightning. Mudd has a pawesome forward roll:)

On second thought, Daisy does enough bouncing when she sees people walking by with food in hand so bouncing on a trampoline might help her grab those hamburgers more effectively. Good for her, bad for the hungry pedestrians!
ReplyDeleteMudd is a nut! He sure has some great moves. Thanks for the smile.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
I would be smiling too if I were Mudd! He is a hoot for sure!
Deletebol!! Mud is great! I love his flips, looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteHe totally went head over heels over that trampoline! BOL!
DeleteI'm a bouncer...butt I always end up bouncin right on my teenie weenie head. So....no bouncin' fur me!
ReplyDeleteI read your story about how you fell off your couch and then had to have surgery and lots of stitches so please, Amber, do not even think about bouncing on a trampoline, okay?
Deleteoh my word! BOL
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
I know! Oh my word is right! Now, how about you two? Do you see a trampoline in your future?
DeleteMy Emma wouldn't care for this at all. She is very timid about a lot of things. The first time I took her to the vet (she was a stray. I found her when she was about a year old) they wanted her to step on the scale and she was scared to death. I got on the scale, then I coaxed her to come on with me (it's a big scale that can hold a human and/or large dog) and then when she got on there, I jumped off. Now she isn't afraid anymore. But I don't think a lot of bouncing would make her very happy.
ReplyDeleteAren't you ever the patient and clever dog owner to manage to get Emma to get on the scale with you! I admire you, really I do! I agree that she probably wouldn't like being on a trampoline based on your experience on the scale, however. Thanks for your comment!
DeleteMudd seems to have so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI wish my humans had a trampoline so I could put my little sis on it =^.^=
