Woof! Woof!
It's Leo the St. Bernard here and in this photo I am about to give my pet sitter a tour of my house so she can find everything important while my humans are away this weekend.
After I showed her where my food, treats, leash, and toys were April asked me what else she should do for me and I said that even though I look like a brave, strong boy (and I look that way at 150 pounds) I'd like her to spend the night with me because
I've never been at home all night without a human to protect me. So when April looked at my handsome, pitiful face she said she couldn't resist! She still doesn't think she can protect me but what she doesn't know is that by just looking at her I feel safe!
So far, my pet sitter helped me get through one night without my humans and I've got one more to go and then they'll be home furever!
Hang in there, Leo! I know that you will be safe. The house can be scary when there are no humans around, but your family will be back soon and you have a brave pet sitter in the meantime.
ReplyDeleteSlobbers,
Mango
Very sweet. :)
ReplyDeleteI used to stay with two of my clients in their house - Oscar and Bogart. Neither were as big. :)
Leo is sooooo cute. Just saw your note about not being able to find The Great Noodles. Sadly, he doesn't have a blog. He used to tweet occasionally, and he did have an advice column on my blog years ago, but he found it all to exhausting and that it cut into his nap time too much. So, now he just sends me a heads-up about a video now and then.
ReplyDeleteI'll let him know you were asking.
hugs, Max
Thanks for the update, Max! You are so lucky to get updates from The Great Noodles even though he doesn't tweet or blog! Please thank him for making me laugh by posting the video about Henri!
DeleteHave a great Sunday Leo and enjoy being looked after.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly

Woof! Woof! Thank you for wishing me another good night with my pet sitter! I'm less lonesome with her here fur sure! This afternoon she brought a friend over here to walk with me --- Daisy --- and I was so happy about her visit that I slobbered all over her! Really, I did, but she's not coming over tonight because she doesn't want another St. Bernard bath! BOL!
ReplyDeleteXOXO-Leo
