Hi! It's me, Patty! I am a brand new Teacher's Pet Sitting client and I am real happy about that except I don't understand why my Dad said I needed help with my walks. I mean, I've got 4 legs and my new human walkers have 2 legs. Plus, I can walk way faster than they can! Who knows why my dad hired these slow-as-snails humans but I sure do like being their tour guide!
Here I am rushing down the street with my girl and as usual she is way behind me but I hope she catches up soon because we have places to go and lots of cool stuff to see!
Now isn't this house a sight for sore eyes? This house is the brightest house on the block and I could stare at it for hours, couldn't you? My human must not have the same taste as I do because she looked kinda scared and she gasped a little bit. To each his own!
For the life of me, I can't figure out why I never see any lobsters in here! If they are playing hide-and-seek with me they are not playing fair at all! This isn't how the game works, guys!
I watch Animal Planet all the time but I've never seen bears stand on top of mailboxes. I wonder if they were trained at Clark's Trading Post?
This is the biggest orange slice I've seen! On second thought, why is this orange white and brown? And what the heck is that frog doing in there and why is he staring at me? Is my human thinking what I'm thinking? Frog legs and orange slices, oh my!
I didn't know Rudolf lived here during the summer, did you? The only thing he needs right now is a big dose of Coppertone and a hat or else he won't be helping Santa anytime soon.
Well, the walk is over and I must have been a great tour guide because my human is still smiling and she even let me sit in her lap! What a great day!
Another fun post of "a day in your life!" Thanks for taking us along!! Your new client Patty looks a little familiar to me...I've seen a face or two (or 3) just like that! Enjoy your weekend!!!
ReplyDeleteWow that yard has as much stuffs as mine does.
ReplyDeleteI sent the picture email to you and also to Sandy the Painter Lady. Hope you got it.
I have to get ready to go to bed now. I am going to have a really BIG day and HUGE night.
I am still walking about 87 paws off the ground about winning!!!

Looks like you enjoyed your walk! Your tongue is hanging out, which means you are tired and maybe thirsty or hot. Aren't you lucky to get to sit on a lap, big as you are!

Hi teacher-dog walker,
ReplyDeletePatty is a very pretty girl!!
I am an old girl now with a lot of arthritis in my hands and shoulders. I can't sew like I use to. The cutting the fabric is the haedest part. I do want to make some shopping bags for a give-a-way tho. I don't sell anything I make. I have aways given my art away!! I have been having dizzy spells since last Sunday so this last week has really been messed up!!!
Thanks for your visit and the give-away it was fun.
I never made a big quilt b/c of my shoulder, I made baby quilts and wall hangings. They don't take a year to make like the big quilts do. A baby quilt will take up to months to do.
Come again soon.
XXOO, Fern

ReplyDeleteWhat a Beautiful Dog Miss Patty is! Hope Patty doesn't actually find something alive in that lobster trap over the summer. That yard looks pretty interesting that is some of the crazy things that you would only see in MachVegas. We love this crazy city we live in. Where else could you live and be in the Mountains within 40 minutes and head in the directions and be at the seacoast. Keep by the Blogging, Love reading it!
ReplyDeleteI wish you lived in Florida.. I could leave Gary with no fear that he wouldn't be walked by my lazy family memebers.. hence he goes to a rather cool but not cheap doggy daycare in Orlando Grrr
ReplyDeleteGreat find! I'll put it up in the next couple of days! Can't wait until tomorrow.
