When Daisy arrived at the vet's office on Saturday morning she was not amused. After all, she visited on Tuesday morning and left that evening with stiches, a shaved leg, and three medications that have all made her feel scared, confused, uncomfortable, and tired. I tried to reassure her that she was only going to be visiting for short time but she didn't believe me until her favorite vet tech asked,
"Daisy! Are you ready to have your Fentanyl patch removed?"
As soon as she heard those glorious words, Daisy hobbled toward her and as soon as the patch was removed she
stood by the door to hint that she wanted to go home as soon as pawsible!
P.S. Daisy is feeling so much better that she's insisted on riding along with me as I do errands for the past few days! She's definitely on the road to recovery!
So glad to hear Daisy is on the mend.

We have been "missing" from blogger for a bit. We missed Daisy having hip surgery. Glad to hear she is on the mend. I know when I had my ACL surgery, it seemed to take a lonnnnnng time to heal and it wasn't fun. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year filled with love, good health, and peace.

I'm sorry you had ACL surgery and that the recovery period seemed so long but it's good to know that you are back on your feet just like Daisy will!
DeleteOh Daisy how exciting!! You are on the road to recovery
