On Sunday morning my new clients, Emma and Delaney, expected to go for a typical walk around their neighborhood but I decided to treat them to a road trip to their favorite park,
Vaughn Woods State Memorial State Park instead! This beautiful park offers 165 acres of gentle woodland trails that run along the banks of the Salmon River in South Berwick, Maine.
Before we began our hike we were reminded to refrain from removing anything from the park and
we were warned that our walk might be windy
or a bit shady.
At the end of our hike, Emma and Delaney were very tired but very happy to have gone on this unexpected road trip with their pet sitter for a few hours!
Bet Emma and Delaney really enjoyed that. Loved the signs windy or shady, great idea. Have a terrific Thursday.

ReplyDeletePeeEss if you are not allowed to remove anything from the park, what happens if you accidentally get a leaf stuck on your shoe? Just asking!! ;)
