My Co-Pilot, Chalupa, Takes His Buddies On a Road Trip

When my teeny tiny friend Chalupa begged to go on a road trip yesterday I couldn't resist because it's hard to say no to a face like his. However, when he insisted on being the co-pilot I politely informed him that he's not tall enough to see over the dashboard and therefore wouldn't be much help if I needed to ask him for directions. 

Being the stubborn little man that he is, he ignored my point of view (pun intended), hopped in the front seat which of course left  his Basenji "sibling", Joust, and his buddy, Daisy, no other option than to sit in the back.

Fortunately, I was able to find Dover High School without any assistance from my little buddy and even more fortunate was that the weather was absolutely gorgeous for a walk

and a chance to relax in the shade with this adorable trio! 

As far as I'm concerned, Chalupa can be a co-pilot anytime (even though he's too short for the job) because this road trip idea was just what we all needed!
