Hey there everyone!
Are you as confused about the time change as I am? When I woke my mom at 5:00 this morning she wasn't as grumpy as she usually is and I thought that was weird because she usually ignores me at that hour. Instead, she got dressed right away, laced her sneakers, brushed her teeth, put my collar and leash on and soon we were power walking through town.
Normally power walks are reserved for a time of day when my mom is fully awake and happy (which is around noon or right before dinner) so I was stunned when she started walking briskly. While I was trying to catch my breath I asked her, "What gives? Why the happy face?" she answered, "You woke me at 6:00 a.m. instead of your usual 5:00 a.m. so I am going to reward you for waking me up LATE by power walking to the farm to see
your cow friends
and then we'll stop by to see your horse friends, Hector and Huey. As soon as our walk is over I will give you one of the best rewards of all:
milk bones!"
I hope everyone enjoyed their extra hour of sleep because of Daylight Savings Day and I hope all of my friends get in a power walk, a few milk bones, and a chance to visit friends today!
Love,
Daisy
Hahahhaa. I woke MOM up at 3:30 which turned out to be my normal 4:30. I still got a treat though.

3:30 a.m? 4:30 a.m.? That is way too early, Goose! Go back to bed, please! BOL! Your mom is a saint to wake up with you at those times!

The humans loved the extra hour of sleep, but me and Moosey woke them up at our "regular" feeding time. Hee hee.
