How I Think the Adoption Process Should Be

In a perfect world dogs would have the ability to look through all of the adoption applications, interview potential families, visit their homes, live with them for a trial period, and then give that family their honest opinion as to whether they were a perfect match or not!

As a professional pet sitter and pet owner I know that dogs are a good judge of character and immediately know if people are worthy of their love and attention.

As every "dog person" knows, dogs are family and they depend on us to treat them as such.
