Say "Meow" to Lil Bub, the Most Amazing Cat on the Planet!

Lil Bub was born a "perma-kitten" and a dwarf but that didn't stop her from first becoming an Internet sensation, and then the star in a documentary entitled, Lil Bub and Friendz, which debuted at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival on Thursday. The documentary tells the tale of the world’s cutest cat, Lil Bub, and examines our obsession with other Internet-famous cats, including Grumpy Cat, Colonel Meow, (the late) keyboard cat, and many more.

When this unusual kitty was eight weeks old her picture was taken and was sent to Mike Bridavsky and as soon as he saw her he said,   " I love this cat. And I came over picked her up and was like, 'Hey Bub,'and that’s it."

“I own a recording studio and people come through a lot, so I started posting photos of Bub. The response was kind of overwhelming. A friend of mine was like, you should start a blog for your cat," he said. "I did it for fun, kind of a fun joke, and within week started getting messages from strangers who were invested in my cat, emotionally invested in my cat.”

Lil Bub has some health issues -- she cannot walk or jump around and has a hard time keeping her tongue in her mouth. Her adorable face and good nature in spite her problems inspires people, Bridavsky said.

With a YouTube page boasting millions of views, a 10,000+ fan Facebook page and a book deal, there's something about Bub that excites people. Does she excite you?
