  2. How does someone throw away dogs they have had for 11 years? I just don't get it!

  3. I will never understand owners that dump their elder pets at the shelter....grrr... so sad. I hope they find a home before the holidays. Thank you for putting them on your site to hopefully spread the word the word about them, you are a saint.

  5. I can't tell you how much it bothers me that people dump their dogs at a shelter after having them for more than a dozen years either! Sure, the owners have to move but for goodness sakes, dogs are a lifelong commitment and should be treated as such! If there was no possible way to keep Pepe and Angel in the new home than I think the owners should've found someone who would co-own them so that the owners could visit them frequently. These poor babies have been confused and scared for too long and if someone doesn't adopt them soon I think they could suffer further from depression and anxiety!

  6. I've met these two. they are a special pair looking for just the right adopter who will take care of them in their old age and not subject Pepe to rough handling or chaos. he bites probably because he is scared and confused but I think it can be managed by the right person. he deserves that.
