When I announced that Goose was the winner of last weekend's Silly Saturday Photo Caption Contest for the second time he graciously declined by barking:
"Oh my goodness! I won! WOW, did not see that coming. I am honored. Please know that I would be totally OK if you wanted to donate my prize to a pup in need, a shelter or something. I just love each Saturday contest, MOM and I have a good time trying to come up with something. We look forward to it."
His caption won two votes and I could understand why because his, "Really? That's the best you can come up with? Like I am suppose to think this is a birdie? Come on, put some effort into this.", was very clever!
So upon the request of Goose to paw down the award to the next funniest contestant I offered Molly the Wally the honors and she accepted!
Molly's prize-winning caption was:
"Dusting, we don't do housework. Next you'll expect me to catch mice!"
Congratulations, Molly! You have been inducted into the Silly Saturday Hall of Fame! Thanks again to Goose for being a thoughtful friend and fellow contestant!
Molly's is very funny too. I am so glad she excepted. But still we are very honored to have won and even more thrilled to share in the prize goodness. You guys are the best.
