An Unlikely Friendship

I just hate it when my human packs her suitcase because it means that I will be subjected to a visit from my cat sitter, Miss April, who has tried to befriend me for three whole years and she's still trying, poor girl. What she doesn't realize is that Willow is not interested in making friends with anyone other than my human and

Annie but only IF I am in a good mood which is rare, by the way.

So because my pet sitter was so clueless obstinate stupid determined to befriend me she pulled out my most hated toy, Mr. Short Stuff, out of the basket and led him to my water bowl. Hello! Mr. Short Stuff isn't real! Get a clue, Miss April!

Errr....I take that back, Miss April! This little guy has racing paws that just keep going and going and

going! Where does he get all of that energy, anyway? If I were a betting girl, I'd swear he was running on alkaline or lithium or something else more powerful than me!

So I outsmarted him by jumping up to my tower of pillows where Mr. Short Stuff couldn't reach me but those short legs of his carried him all the way up to my bed anyway!

What should I do now? I don't dare swat him because he could bite me. Running away won't help because he's sure to find me. Hissing won't work because he'll just bark right back.  If you ask me, I don't have any other choice but to let him be my friend. Who knows? He just might be the purrfect friend, thanks to Miss April!

  1. Aww... I'm not sure about new two-leggers either but after three YEARS... maybe you should give Miss April a chance? BOL! Friends aren't so bad! In fact, they're pretty nice. And I know Miss April would be one of the bestest!

  14. Hello theres!
I finally got off my pillow tower to check all of your notes and I have to admit that you are probably right that I should at least try to become furends with my pet sitter. After all, it has been 3 years and she has been doing her duties over here BUT now I'm not so sure what to think of her latest prank involving Mr. Short Stuff! I am going to ponder about her and my chihuahua "buddy" and get back to you with a verdict.
    xoxo...Willow
