Tiny Dancer

If you were to ask Fenway (above) what she wants to be when she grows up you may be surprised to learn that she wants to be a prima ballerina. If you haven't noticed your pug's hidden talents, take a closer look at her perfomance each time you hold a treat above her nose and you will see how well she balances on her tippy toes as she twirls. Watch her animated smile while you sing her praises!

You may have been thinking that your pug is just a clown; a girl who is wild about her treats, but think again! I've watched Isabella (above) as she twirls for her treats and I'm quite sure she is thinking about stardom and the roses that will be tossed at her feet at the end of her performance. She dreams of becoming a star; a celebrity who is photographed every time she walks down the street and with a little practice I believe Fenway and Isabella will be on stage one day!

For those who are skeptical of a pug's dream to be a prima ballerina, watch this video, and then watch your tiny pug dancer very carefully!

  2. Hopping through from the blog hop. I love pugs and used to take care of one when I lived in a nursing home. Although, he was a monster pug, at around 30lbs and not a dainty ballerina!

  10. Hi Daisy, I just came back from my blog. Boy am I ever excited. I had to run out and pee before I could answer your questions about YOUR FURST EVER BLOG AWARD!!! I am soooo thrilled to be the one to give it to you.
Here is the deal.... you don't even have to do anything if you don't want to. Just enjoy it.
Or you can just right click on the top edge of the award and save it and then you can post it on YOUR blog to show it off.
Orrrr if you want you can do that and... you can give it to some of your furends... after you tell 7 things about yourself on YOUR blog. (I would really like to read those actually.)
They make the rounds really fast soooooo I would suggest that you just say that it is up for grabs to anyone who wants it. Then list your seven thingys. It'll be fun.

  20. Thanks for knocking on my door, you have ended my kicking-myself-excercise. Your encouraged words were so comforting, YES everything will be fine.
I loved the balerina video, that changed my view of Pugs. I live with two Pugs brothers, they gulp down the food like a disposal, they snore like thunders, they're no Fenway or Isabella.
May I add your blog to my favorite blog roll so I can follow like a puppy?
Do you have any dog? I tracked your posts back to the first one, hehe, you got it, you have attracted the latest audience of readers who love pets as much as you do.
I'll come back to read more of your interesting pet stories!

  21. Hi! Thank you for commenting on my blog. The pug is very cute; my mama wants to get a pug but she said she will wait until the fall. I noticed that you are from Manchester, NH. My momma used to live in Nashua but that as before I was born. That is aweful to hear about your story. My momma had some knee problems about a few months ago at Fort Benning. now her ankle is broken...poor mama!
    Thanks for being my friend!

  22. I think all of us girlies have a secret wish to wear a pink toot toot and twirl around like a ballerina. It's a good think Fenway is so good at it and looks soooo cute!
