I don't have cat...That's such good advice. I don't have cats, just Abby T. Lab, but my best friend has six rescues. When she has to be gone overnight, I stay at the house and care for them. Even with food and water and liter boxes, they are used to their "people" and are much happier with someone in the house to snuggle with or make sure their litter box is tidy.
