Last night Daisy and I walked to the ice cream stand in town and were delighted to meet a blind beagle named Henry! Look at that adorable smile! What a cutie!
To celebrate the fact that Henry met a new and taller version of himself Henry's mom bought a doggy sundae for the two of them to share but in separate bowls, of course!
Henry had to have his eyes removed two months ago due to a series of horrible fungal infections and his mom said that he has adjusted very well ever since!
I admire that, despite being blind, Henry is facing life with joy! What a great lesson to learn from this sweet little guy!
